Plugin authors:

If you have your plugin in the repository you can now provide trunk zip 
downloads through the new download system. The URLs are very guessable 
but here's a list of the ones we have currently:

http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/

Hopefully this should help people out with the bandwidth trouble they've 
been having and we'll also be able to provide some stats back to authors 
in a bit w/r/t number of downloads and such.
