[wp-hackers] *_option() bool handling

While chatting around in IRC, there was a discussion about
add_option() acting as a wrapper for bool values, instead of having to
set 0 or 1 and check against those, so I said hey! I can do that. The
patch is attached to this mail, and a bug report will be filed in just
a minute
