[wp-hackers] Thoughts on Dict.

I wouldn't go with dict.org, as they don't even have their domain
properly set up. going to http://dict.org gives a connection refused,
while http://www.dict.org works fine. Makes you wonder a little bit
about how good it would be to use it....
