[wp-hackers] 1.5.1.3 bug fix request

While we're at it, could the following fix be added in 1.5.1.4?

In function get_post_meta(), add the following line at the beginning:

if ($post_id) return;

Else, you tend to end up with random default meta when creating new posts.
