... is not what we're doing. Posting is still a damn lot faster than
rebuilding a load of static files. Adding in a little explanatory note
while the post is inserted improves usability, as the user isn't
staring at a loading bar that doesn't appear to be moving for 10
seconds or more. Adding in this note has no disadvantages: it doesn't
slow down posting!
