[wp-hackers] WP 1.5.1.4 bugfix agenda

I'm trying to find all issues in 1.5.1.3 or the 1.5 branch that need 
fixing before a 1.5.1.4 or 1.5.2 release.  Feel free to jump in with 
your suggestions.

People running 1.5.1.3 are having problems like this (which IIRC were 
fixed in the 1.5 branch... can we get a confirmation on that?)
