Thanks for the response James; and all that you do!
I'm not quite sure how to react.
I've lost count of how many support topics I answer (it's certainly more
than 10 every 6 months, though).
I appreciate the push towards Slack, and you will certainly be seeing me
there.
However; hear me out.
Being a moderator on the support forums carried a little "prestige" if
you will.
After contributing for years; I was finally recognized and offered the
functionality of a moderator.
Since, I have worn the title proudly, and feel a sense of accomplishment
with each individual I assist.
Now, I am basically stripped of that status, through no real fault of my
own.
Of course, I know there are those who contribute way more than I.
It's just a shame a role couldn't be created to handle us "in betweens".
