Hi,
     Sometimes I am able to sign in to my wordpress admin, sometimes not,
off the same computer.  So it's not a matter of my having cookies activated
or not.  I know I am using the correct login/password by far most of the
time.  But this has  meant I had to go thru' the email/lost password
strategy many times--that is, when the system would let me do that.  I
could be fine for hours or days.  Then this problem would kick in, and I
might not be able to get on for hours or days!
     Because I could not login with my password, I could not even sign in
to any forum to help me, but this has really been a huge challenge.
     Here's what happens when it's problematic, as it is right now.  I will
go to my sign-in page, which is:

Instead of my dashboard, what comes up is this:

The website declined to show this webpage
   HTTP 403
Most likely causes:
•This website requires you to log in.
 What you can try:
    Go back to the previous page.

This error (HTTP 403 Forbidden) means that Internet Explorer was able to
connect to the website, but it does not have permission to view the webpage.

     WHY WOULD THE WEBSITE DECLINE TO SHOW THIS WEBPAGE??
     The only thing I can imagine is that being new, I've been looking at
different theme options.  I've downloaded several to play with and a few
I've tried and haven't yet settled on the one I feel may work best.  But
isn't this normal?
     Is there any reason I would be perceived as a spammer or something
like that???
     I really hope this gets to someone who can help.  Frankly, I don't
even know -- can someone email me back on this?  I can't get into your
forum, either, I'm sure, when this is happening, as it is now.
     In any case THANKS, MANY THANKS! for at least reading this and giving
it your consideration.  If you can help, OMGorsh, would I be soooo
appreciative.  I'm getting anxious because my project needs to be online
before the weekend is out.

prefer.  This reminder will also include instructions on how to

your options page that will email your current password to you.
