[wp-forums] Serial sock puppetry

Good morning,

I've blocked the following accounts for serial sock puppetry and 
spamming the forums.

https://wordpress.org/support/profile/wpup101

Which lead me to these accounts who were blocked for the same reasons 
(same spammers, different accounts).
