[wp-forums] Note to moderators and volunteers about SSL

You may or may not have noticed, but we're starting to flip the big
switches on WordPress.org, and large portions of the site are going
forced-SSL. Meaning that if you try to visit places like the support forums
or the download pages or some such using http, you'll get a redirect to
https instead.

It's being turned on one subdomain at a time, and there will be a few minor
breakages here and there. I've already found a couple. Nevertheless, we'll
be fixing things as we discover them, so if it's acting wonky, this might
be why. Sorry for the inconvenience.

If you do find any major breakages, email me. But if it's only something
like an image not displaying due to a mixed content warning, then we
probably already know about it. :)
