[wp-forums] Theme author rating own theme

I agree with ipstenu on this one. I think that one five star review from the 
author doesn't affect it that much. But if they are going to the extreme to 
make puppet accounts and posting reviews to your plugins on them, then that 
is not right.

Personally I tell 'em not to, especially if they have like 6 authors or
people working with them on the plugin.
