[wp-forums] Flagging user for multiple bad answers on Multisite

The bad answers are one thing. Asking for access to someone's site is 
another. Add in that and I've not seen a single correct Multisite answer 
yet, I'm tagging him for mod-watch. Please check the THREAD he's 
replying to before approving the posts. He's not unhelpful, he's just 
giving single site answers to multisite questions.
