[wp-forums] Egregious spammer in the forums

It was probably a bot to begin with. We’re blocking spammers now anyway, bozo should just be for watching people. It’s usually *less* work that way. But, like I said, this is why I want a blacklist. :)
@otto If you’re reading this, what do you think of blocking signups from @guerrillamailblock.com ? I assume we’re blocking other shady temporary email providers (especially when they’re scriptable), and this appears to be the service they have tied their script into.
