Hold off on that, let's see what happens. The deleted posts were off 
topic but if the user posts his own topic about The Virtues of 
Moderation^(TM) then that will be something to reply back with "Come 
now, let us reason together". Maybe that user's just having a bad day.

Or if the member goes far off the tracks and loses it then sure, the 
account can be blocked.
