[wp-forums] Is it common for people to be giving 5 star ratings on plugins all the time?

Hi guys,

Title say it all, I just saw this user posted a 5 star review for a
plugin that is clearly broken and when I went and looked at his
profile he also been giving other plugins 5 stars. Not sure if it a
stock puppet or just plain bad luck on my part for thinking that.
