[wp-forums] 1&1 now offering support and contact emails in forums?

That’s okay. They’re asking people to contact the company who can actually get them the access in this situation, which is what we’d really be telling them anyway, right? I would call this a PROPER use of connections :)

Besides, it’ll help the person in other ways too. Having an account you ‘run’ with no access is a nightmare. And sometimes being the host, you can see what the problem is. I parley a lot between customers and plugins for things like that too.
