Hey Jeff, thanks for helping out :)
It's good that you're letting us know when you can't resolve a problem, and
are inviting other people that may otherwise be too courteous to butt in,
but could I be a bit annoying and ask you to leave out the "moderator" bit?
Because it's not necessary that a moderator, as opposed to a normal member
would need to help out the threads.
