[wp-forums] The reply posted displays after some time - any caching issue?

That can happen for a variety of reasons meaning the person posting is 
hitting the spam queue. You just have to be patient and eventually a 
moderator will release the posts. Depending on the hour and day of the 
week that may take a few hours.

Posting frequently has triggered that before. Also don't use multiple 
accounts (I'm not saying that you do) as that's one sure fire way to 
trigger that.
