The answer here is "no"... Because we actively block that. The error
message received is not the best, but yes, it is flat-out blocked.

It makes very little sense to have a plugin on w.org with "WordPress" in
the name. Nothing personal, and I'm happy to fix special cases, but
generally speaking, no, it's blocked, and you need to ask if you really
think you need it.
