[wp-forums] Blocked user will not accept being blocked

He didn't like the support offered by a plugin author & began to create 
duplicate "complaint" topics. When told to stop doing this & just use 
another plugin, he went into overdrive.

Posted another 5 identical complaints (fortunately, I'd already b'coded 
him). After the 6th identical topic, I blocked him.

Then <https://wordpress.org/support/profile/jezmond5> started posting 
the same compliant. Account blocked.

<https://wordpress.org/support/profile/wallyworld> then started. He was 
only b'coded in the hopes that would occupy him for a while.
Unfortunately, he was immediately followed by 
<https://wordpress.org/support/profile/dolphintuna> and 
<https://wordpress.org/support/profile/fancypanzer> (both now blocked).

During all of this, he also found time to email me. He's now blocked 
from my site too.

Anyone got any suggestions for dealing with this dingbat? I really have 
better things to do than deleting these topics & blocking his accounts 
every few minutes.
