This is meant to be TEMPORARY.

The plugin author has a plugin that was pulled for security reasons. 
They were emailed, and reply to the email, but instead of following the 
directions to update SVN so we can test and approve, they resubmit. Five 
times.

In order to prevent them from wasting my time and upping my blood 
pressure, they're blocked until they follow directions.
