As long as they're not making a habit of it. I'd just delete the tag and

Ah yes - but you *told* us you'd modlooked some topics! And any way, you 
were being trained up as a moderator. ;-)

If someone had decided to set themselves up as some kind of policeman & 
was modlooking topics left, right and centre, I might consider emailing 
them & politely explaining how the tag is supposed to work. But other 
than that, I'd just delete the tag.

If you do spot a would-be policeman and don't fancy tackling them 
yourself, just drop a note to this list and someone else will take care 
of it.
