[wp-forums] Making posts sticky

Hi there,

I was asked on Twitter if I could help this theme dev if I could make a
post sticky.
I did this once for the Responsive theme since that theme had it's own
forum, but this thread is much more general. If we start making stickies
for all theme dev, won't it defeat the purpose of sticky posts.
