[wp-forums] users can't change email?

Anytime it won't let you change an email address, that's because the
email address already exists in the system on a different account.
Tell them to do the password reset with their email to get their old
account back.

Also, please don't attempt to trick the system by changing
capitalizations or anything. Just tell them to stop using multiple
accounts and to go back to their old one.
