[wp-forums] Can't enter the forums admin

Just noticed that I can no longer enter
http://ru.forums.wordpress.org/bb-admin/ to view the spam queue, it just
redirects to the home page. Usually a re-login used to help with issues
like this before, but not in this case.

The admin link now points to
https://wordpress.org/support/bb-admin/instead (even on a non-English
forum), which I can't enter either, probably
due to https (I used to be able to enter without https, but now there's a
redirect to https and then a second redirect to the home page).
