[wp-forums] Request for deletion of account

When a user starts talking that way the best thing to do is to just close
the topic. WPyogi already provided the answer and link and that type of
conversation would not have ended well.

I've also coded the user's account just as a precaution. There's no harm in
the user just abandoning that existing account and starting another.
