[wp-forums] Plugin authors: Asking people to pay for bug fixes?

I'm not familiar with the plugin standards on WordPress.org:
I was just wondering whether it was okay for plugin authors to say they'll fix an issue (not a customisation) if someone upgrades to the premium version, is it?
