I'd not come across this one. Nicely spotted!

Just had a little play with this bug and it looks like it's hitting ALL 
block level tags. So adding a link to (say) a list item will trigger the 
bug too. But the key still appears to be the switching back & forth 
between editing tabs. The only real difference is that now the switching 
is knocking out some markup inserted by TinyMCE as opposed to just 
manually inserted markup.

So for the time being, I vote we suggest to users that they avoid ANY 
editor tab switching until 3.5.1 comes out.
