I've put these two users into the timeout room.

Last night they got into it over a negative review which quickly fell apart
into name calling.

I originally deleted that conversation and coded both of them but found the
OP's new "author deletes bad reviews" post in the spam queue this morning.
I undeleted it, left some pre-coffee words and closed the thread.
