[wp-forums] blocked user inquiry

tl;dr is that he's harassed me on my WordPress installation and was blocked
for that reason.

Longer version: he's previously blocked and using new accounts to get
around that.

I'm away and doing this reply on my cell but leave him blocked.

That account and his other 10 have been blocked due to bad behavior and
harassing a moderator on his blog. Me being that moderator.

His other accounts were blocked when he picked up his behavior again. That
last one was left unblocked until he poked my blog again. His IP was
blocked there (redirected to a YouTube video) and I blocked his account on
the forums .

If he behaved and didn't poke at my blog I would have let his avoiding the
original block go. But harassing moderators is a huge no no.

It's not just his IP that identified him, without getting into too much
detail it's the exact same browser and PC. Also I know what his android
browser profiles as too. ;)

If any Michael or mrmist wish (or any moderator) wants to discuss it off
list please feel free to contact me.
