[wp-forums] FYI: dodgy theme promotion

I'll see if I can clarify anything on the thread, but just for
reference here in case it comes up again, MIT is a GPL-compatible
license and totally fine for theme submissions. It's the rest of that
mess that wouldn't be allowed in the repo...
