[wp-forums] Clarification on "extreme circumstance" for removing links in posts

I don;t even see anything wrong in their initial post. Not a thing to be
mad about. He has an issue he can;t figure out, it might not be an easy
fix. We definitely need a link to see what's going on.

If the client or boss got mad... they need a bit of talking to. ;)
