No. Pagelines has, like many other themes, a Lite version and a Pro
version. The Lite version is in the themes directory, and is free. The
Pro version has a monthly fee associated with it. Even if your monthly
fee expires, the Pro code (which is not in the free version and must
be added on separately) will basically just self-disable.

Pagelines is somewhat unique in that it has a built in store front
with the ability to purchase modules and the like, which are basically
plugins made specifically for it. Some are free, some are not. So it
can be confusing to some users in that the difference between the
"lite" and "pro" is less than obvious. The theme remains largely the
same, you're paying for the add-on functionality, essentially.
