[wp-forums] Can someone put this guy in his place?

I don't believe anyone could offer a solution until he is willing to do the basic trouble shooting steps which he apparently does not want to do.  But yes I agree, maybe leave it open and not reply until he has did his part first.

Well I was going to try to help but the thread is closed.  Is this because he is being punished for being obstinate?  I find these behaviors (on the part of mods) a bit Lord of the Flies.  It doesn't help.  Later if someone actually does have a solution, they cannot post it.  So how is that helpful?
