[wp-forums] Need help Child Theme to forumer

Can someone explain what's wrong with this guy's Child Theme style.css file (to the guy)
http://polyliving.net/wp-content/themes/twentyeleven-child/style.css

He's almost there on creating a Child Theme and trying hard, but I cannot get through to him regarding this issue.
