[wp-forums] Heads up, this user is unhappy

It's possible a confused user could end up in .org forums. If they insist
on help after being directed to the proper resource, then this is always
the case. If I cared at all, I would be insulted at how stupid they think
we are. Since I don't care what they think...

I don't know whether it applies in this case, but sometimes people do not
seek support from the vendor & expect to get support from .org when they
are using a copy of a commercial product they have not paid for. The
prospect of having to actually pay for the product to obtain support upsets
them.
