BookingsPlus is back.

Just as an FYI, he's upped his game to attempting to impersonate me by 
sending emails 'from' plugins at wordpress.org

Yeah, you heard me.

Look for emails from zopim.com (check your full headers) and the IP of 
116.193.162.* or 117.253.239.*

Block and delete posts on sight for now.
