It's theme-reviewers@ :-)

I did think about that but it's a public list so perhaps not the best 
place for reporting security issues with details? I know Otto does 
sometimes handle these but that still doesn't give us a WPORG address 
that we can hand out in the forums (and, ideally, update the Security 
FAQ page with).
