[wp-forums] How to be moderator in spanish support forums?

Hi everyone, I want to know how I can be a moderator in the spanish support forums?, 
lately users have created threads with spam and SEO attemps, I've labeled "modlook" (http://es.forums.wordpress.org/tags/modlook) but messages have not been moderated, apparently the moderators have not been active.
