[wp-forums] Editing Forum Sticky Posts?

We could delete it and you can make a new one, or if you want to send 
the new text, I suspect we can edit it for you. It may be an 'admin 
only' thing, though I know even I can't reopen a 12month old sticky to 
edit it.
