user guerilla-code-marketing is a 'sock puppet' of dhoppe, who was 
b-tagged a year ago for loosing his ever loving mind. He called users 
retarded, feeble minded, etc, and went on to break the plugin guidelines.

This is preventative since he hasn't posted as that account, but I'd 
like to be prepared :/
