*Lightbulb* That's the clarification I'm going to request after this email.

I think the types of reviews that would be helpful are along the lines of
"This plugin in the WordPress repo works but the plugin's shortcode had
these following gotchas. The developer responded|didn't respond etc. etc.
etc."

I personally don't think the forums should be the place to air "my feelings
hurt, developer BAD!" topics because it's not really productive. It might
make the OP feel better but could lead to a real he said, she said
brawl. But that's just my opinion and that's why I punted to this list.
