Oh yes - I have an (admittedly young) "click first & read later" user 
right here (fortunately, he's confined to wordpress.com where he can't 
do much damage). But there isn't even the slightest hint of "Whoa - mess 
with these and you could seriously screw up your site" about those 2 
inputs. On balance, I felt that forcing people to click to remove a 
popup that obscured the url inputs might have slightly more impact than 
a warning attached to the input label.
