[wp-forums] Users changing their site urls: idea

If it was in All Options, we'd have to send rookies there to install WP in a subfolder, and ... That scares me quite a bit, actually. I try to never tell them about that, since it's the fastest way I've found for the newbies to blow everything up.
I think the 2-step to change is a nice idea, but I don't know if it will help people. Or rather, I don't know if they'd read it. Kind of split on it, myself...
FWIW, Under Consideration is the default setting. I do punt things to Duplicate, Not Core (like for things about plugins or the website) and such, but I tend to leave most of them where they are. (Mostly I delete spam.)
