[wp-forums] Hmm...

[Michael Bishop]

Considering it's been 7 years since I signed up for my forum account, is
there  something that points to those rules upon sign-up? Reason I ask is
that now that each plugin has it's own forum, it's completely possible to
not ever see those rules otherwise.

I don't know if it would be a good idea (or possible) to have the welcome
message stickied to each or not.
