For the master list, some fatal errors on upgrade pointing
to dbrc_wpdb::delete.

DB Cache, DB Cache Reloaded, and DB Cache Reloaded Fix plugins -- they all
replace the wpdb class rather than extending it, which means the new 3.4
delete() method isn't defined, which means explosions.

People will need to remove wp-content/db.php if they are running this
plugin, before updating. (There is a "Drop-ins" tab on the Plugins screen
that will show a db.php drop-in.)

In the process of reaching out to the authors of all three plugins. Maybe
we can even get them merged into one again (sigh). Unfortunately since they
are a db.php drop-in, there is no clear upgrade path.
