Yeah, something like that, a hall of shame of sorts. It doesn't necessarily
have to be tied to the bozo list actually. It could be something different
as well, but I think that a certain level of visibility might help. Also,
and this is more on a personal note, I am not comfortable helping users
that are rude, offensive, and the likes to other users or even to myself.
I'm sure other contributors here feel the sane way.
I don't see another alternative (other than leaving things be, that is),
since I think a user score system (similar to Stack Exchange) has already
been proposed and discarded in the past.
