[wp-forums] B-Coded user

As I understand it, bozo'd users have no visual feedback that they have 
been bozo'd. Making the list searchable would mean that determined 
chumps would be able to check their status and register a new account to 
cause trouble with rather than continuing to post without knowing that 
only they can see it.
