[wp-forums] Positioning the Logo & menu bar

Hi Wordpress,
Could you help me fix some problem below:

When you go to the website
roombahotel.com/orlando
you will see that the logo and menu bar starts from the middle of the
header.
Can you guide me how to make it start from the left.

And with the
roombahotel.com/daytona
you will see that the logo is squeezed up.
Can you guide me how to fix it pls.

Pls help me soon.
