The line can get blurred, though. For example, some theme sites offer 
free theme downloads but charge for support - which is absolutely fine & 
dandy. But then you get site owners trying to dodge that paid support by 
turning to WPORG forums instead. I don't think that's right on 2 counts:

1. Said themes are almost always pretty complex/bespoke. The very best 
help they can get is from the theme's dev. Even if you download a copy, 
they can take ages to try & pick apart.

2. I'm not going to circumvent another theme dev's legitimate income 
from support just because A.N.Freeloader wants to use the theme but 
doesn't want to pay anything to customise it.
